📸 What to Expect: Booking Your Event


Whether you're planning a corporate gala, brand launch, or team celebration, I’m here to ensure your event is documented with professionalism and purpose.


Here's how the process works:


1. Submit an Event Inquiry

Start by filling out the Event Request Form.  Share key details like your event date, type, location, and any goals you have for coverage. For corporate clients, you can also request a custom bid based on your specific needs.


2. Consultation & Planning

Once your inquiry is received, we’ll schedule a quick consultation to talk through your vision, timeline, and deliverables. Whether you need full-day coverage or something more flexible, we’ll tailor everything to fit your event.


3. Quote & Contract

After the consultation, you’ll receive a detailed quote and service agreement. Once everything looks good, sign the contract and you're officially booked!


4. Deposit & Confirmation

A retainer deposit is due at signing to lock in your date. After that, you're all set. I'll handle the preparation and ensure everything is ready for event day.


5. Event Coverage

On the day of your event, I’ll be there capturing moments, atmosphere, and all the important details professionally, discreetly, and with a sharp eye for storytelling.


6. Optional Printing Services

Want professional prints? I offer high-quality printing options for team portraits.

7. Final Deliver

Your fully edited event gallery will be delivered via a secure online link, ready to download, share, and celebrate.
